Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall performance of a virtual store, leading a team of remote professionals. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will be a data-driven leader with a strong track record of success in achieving sales goals and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of remote sales professionals, providing coaching and support to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and addressing their needs.
  • Oversee the customer service experience within your store, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales within your store.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for your remote team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
