  • Speed Demon: Respond to customer inquiries across various channels (phone, email, chat) with blazing-fast efficiency, meeting our stringent response time targets.

  • Order Champion: Track and manage customer orders, providing updates, addressing issues, and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
