The Position: Marketing Analyst

Are you a data whiz with a knack for storytelling? As a Marketing Analyst at Google, you'll be the hero of our marketing team, untangling the mysteries hidden within marketing data. You'll use your analytical skills to track campaigns, understand customer behavior, and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. In short, you'll be the puzzle master who helps us see the big picture and optimize our marketing efforts for maximum impact!

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Dive deep into marketing data using cool analytics tools (think Google Analytics!)
• Analyze campaign performance to see what's working and what's not (think website traffic, ad clicks, and customer conversions)
• Craft clear and concise reports that tell the story behind the data (think charts, graphs, and easy-to-understand explanations)
• Partner with marketing teams to identify trends, understand customer preferences, and make data-driven recommendations
• Stay on top of the latest marketing analytics trends and tools (think keeping your knowledge toolbox full!)

We're looking for someone who (Skills and Qualifications):

• Has a bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, statistics, or a related field (or are darn close to finishing!)
• Enjoys working with data and has a strong understanding of statistical analysis methods
• Is a whiz with data visualization tools and can present complex information in a clear and compelling way
• Has excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - you'll be explaining your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Bonus points if you have experience with marketing automation tools and Google Analytics
