As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be the friendly face (or voice!) of Meesho for our amazing users (both Resellers and Customers). You'll be on the frontlines, providing exceptional customer service by answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and ensuring they have a happy and successful experience on the Meesho platform.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be a customer hero! - You'll be the first point of contact for our users, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to orders, products, accounts, and using the Meesho app/website.
