Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Network Administrator to join our growing team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of our complex network infrastructure. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation and security of our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network configurations for optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential problems before they occur.
• Implement and maintain network security best practices.
• Manage and maintain network documentation.
• Work with other IT professionals to ensure network integration with other systems.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest network technologies and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a network administrator role.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching, and network security.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, PRTG, or SolarWinds.
• Experience with network configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef (a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

This role is open to both experienced Network Administrators and those with less experience who are eager to learn and grow. We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in networking principles and a passion for technology.
