Job Overview:

Mankind Pharma is seeking qualified and dedicated Pharmacists to join our team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing advice to patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmacy practices, regulations, and a commitment to customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently to patients.
Provide expert advice and guidance on the proper use of medications, including dosages, side effects, and interactions.
Review and interpret prescriptions from healthcare providers to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
Maintain records of medications dispensed, inventory levels, and patient histories in accordance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal treatment outcomes.
Ensure the pharmacy operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including proper handling and storage of medications.
Educate patients on the safe use of medical devices and over-the-counter products.
Perform inventory management, including stock replenishment and managing expired or damaged products.
Monitor medication therapy and make recommendations for dosage adjustments or alternative treatments if necessary.
Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical developments and maintain professional certifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D). A valid pharmacist license is required.
Experience: Prior experience as a licensed pharmacist in a retail or hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with the necessary qualifications are welcome to apply.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and patient counseling techniques.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications and interpreting prescriptions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of patient care.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software and systems.
- Good organizational skills for managing inventory and maintaining accurate records.
