Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales and Marketing:

• Meet sales targets by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Promote Tata Motors’ products and services, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, competitors, and market trends to stay ahead in the competition.

Operations and Administration:

• Maintain showroom and display area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring accurate records and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
• Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates with a degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Sales, or a related field).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
