Job Title: Auditor

Job Summary:

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auditor to join their team. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. You will also identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
• Identify and document audit findings, including recommendations for improvement and corrective actions
• Develop and maintain audit programs, procedures, and checklists to ensure compliance with auditing standards and company policies
• Collaborate with management to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure audit procedures are current and effective
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and the audit committee
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including management, employees, and other departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification in auditing, such as CPA, CMA, or CIA
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, laws, and regulations, including SOX and GAAP
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
