Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps tools and processes that automate the software delivery lifecycle. You'll play a key role in streamlining our CI/CD pipeline, ensuring faster and more reliable software deployments.

Design and implement DevOps tools and processes: You'll leverage your expertise in configuration management, infrastructure automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) to build a robust DevOps toolchain.
Automate the software delivery pipeline: You'll be responsible for automating various stages of the software delivery lifecycle, including code building, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with development and operations teams: You'll work closely with developers and operations teams to bridge the gap between development and operations, fostering a collaborative DevOps culture.
Identify and implement performance improvements: You'll continuously monitor and analyze the DevOps pipeline, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
Maintain and troubleshoot DevOps tools: You'll be responsible for maintaining the DevOps toolchain, performing regular checks, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps technologies: You'll have the opportunity to learn and experiment with the latest DevOps tools and technologies, keeping Infosys at the forefront of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement DevOps tools and scripts for automation.
Configure and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
Manage containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Configure and manage cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (experience with a specific platform is a plus).
Monitor and troubleshoot DevOps pipelines.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams.
Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a related role.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies.
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
Working knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
