Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, technical malfunctions, and software bugs.
  • Manage system installations, configurations, and updates across devices.
  • Perform system diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related projects and operations.
  • Implement security protocols and perform routine system audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and updates in the company’s system for reference.
  • Work closely with vendors and external partners to manage and maintain equipment and software.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, or similar) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • For Experienced Candidates: 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, IT helpdesk, or system administration role.
    • For Freshers: Strong academic background in IT or related fields with practical experience through internships or projects.
  • Skills Required:
    • Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network configurations.
    • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including network routers, switches, and firewalls.
    • Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is advantageous.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical tasks efficiently.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
